Profile of Learning Biology Based on Critical Thinking Skills

Biology learning in senior high schools is expected to develop students’ critical thinking skills. Critical skills are needed so that students can become independent learners who manage their own learning. The purpose of this study was determine the profile biology integrates schools. method used a survey using questionnaires and interviews. population all SMAN 2 Parepare city sample were class X purposive sampling technique. results showed think critically about at SMA Negeri on obtained from 6 indicators form ability interpret, analyze, evaluate, inference, explanation, regulation with an average percentage 66.12% good category. interviews also illustrate has not been fully implemented process, especially giving assignments questions evaluating student learning.
